Write Your Story, Live Anxiety-Free:

Are you ready to live an anxiety-free life? You can actively take charge of this by writing your story of life without anxiety. Now is the perfect time to begin. At the time I’m writing this, we’re about to enter a brand new year. However, every single day is a new day with the promise of new beginnings, and you can write your story of yourself starting now, whenever “now” may be. Ready? Read on for more about how to use this new beginning to write your story and live an anxiety-free life.
Whether it’s a new year or a new day or a new moment in a day, new beginnings are exciting and full of promise. To begin anew is to be active rather than passive. Thinking in terms of writing your story of any problems you faced is a way to take action. Rather than wishing your life were free from anxiety (a wish, after all, is something in your thoughts instead of in behaviors), writing this life is a behavior that lets you create what you want (Picture Yourself Free from Anxiety). No longer are you stuck in thinking of what you don’t want.
Writing your story of a life is an active process. In doing so, you intentionally decide what you want and how you’re going to get there. Not only is it active, it’s empowering, for you are the author, the creator of your ideal life.
If you wish to seek help or counseling via the MM&I platform then you are more than welcome to share your story and seek help from our experts which will ensure that all of your psychological problems are take care of.

Ever since we were little, we were told that our mental capabilities are similar as the person next to us. It’s all a matter of ‘applying yourself’ which differentiates us from the others. This type of institutionalized thinking has crept into our society way before we were born and can be traced back 3-4 generations earlier. The thing about the current thinking of society is that we choose to accept what we see in front of our eyes and fail to understand what lies in the depths of sometimes even our own selves.

We come across a lot of people in our daily lives carrying out their ‘usual’ routines and going back to their respective ‘havens’ in the end. This is that part of the picture we see every day, the usual black and white routine. What we don’t see is actual colors of the picture, the feelings hidden deep behind a mask of lies and deception. And the funny thing is that this has become a norm where hiding your problems is preferred over sharing them since people don’t want to deviate from the ‘normal’ loop of life which is seen as the safer option. What lacks awareness is that things like stress, anxiety and depression coming from the problems/challenges faced in life actually make us human because at the end of the day, pretending like a robot does not actually lead you into becoming one.

Our leading education systems have been known for developing people from the grass root level and indeed they play a critical role in our society. However, the fact of the matter is that most of these institutes do not to address the simplest of problems being faced by an individual which in some cases actually leads to suffering for them in the future. The increase of drug usage over the past five years signifies that the problem largely remains unaddressed leading to the social destruction of individuals in the process.

Me, Myself & I is a platform which is developed for the sole purpose of catering to people’s problems with the aim of alleviating any form of stress, anxiety or depression being faced by an individual. On this platform, it will be ensured that the anonymity of the person is not compromised in any way so that people find it easier to discuss their issues and resolve their problems in a better manner. MM&I intends to break the social norm by providing individuals with an opportunity to rediscover themselves so that they can achieve peace of mind in the end.

In life, you can and most positively will get hurt. It seems almost easier to go through life prepared for the blow, already in the trenches before you get buried any lower.
